CURRENT MENU FOR THE WEEK OF 07.09.2017

Regular

Meal 1 – Ancho chili grilled Chicken Breast with Pepita Sauce – chicken breast marinated in smoky chipotle and Ancho chili powder, orange juice, and agave finished with a pumpkin seed sauce, sweet potato salad with bell peppers, sautéed kale

Meal 2 – Sichuan Chicken Salad Bowl - cold Sichuan chicken salad dressed with Sichuan peppercorns, garlic, ginger, sesame, and chili oil served with cucumbers, scallions, adzuki beans served on a bed of crunchy collard greens & Napa cabbage slaw (collard greens, Napa, julienne snow peas, scallions, cilantro, almonds, creamy pickled ginger dressing)

Meal 3 – Low Country Shrimp Boil - shrimp, red potatoes, onions & chicken sausage cooked in a spicy “shrimp boil”, corn & tomatillo salad (fresh corn, celery, fresh tomatillo’s, Serrano chilies, red bell peppers, scallions, parsley), broccoli

Meal 4 – Stuffed Cabbage Rolls – savoy cabbage filled with a mixture of ground beef, roasted red peppers, garlic and pimenton (a smoky paprika which lends a smoky depth of flavor), spicy tomato sauce, green beans

Meal 2 – Sichuan Chickpea Salad Bowl - cold Sichuan chickpea salad dressed with Sichuan peppercorns, garlic, ginger, sesame, and chili oil served with cucumbers, scallions, adzuki beans served on a bed of collard greens & crunchy Napa cabbage slaw (collard greens, Napa, julienne snow peas, scallions, cilantro, almonds, creamy pickled ginger dressing)
