How-To: Entering Your Meals in MyFitnessPal
Free Version of App
1. Open the MyFitnessPal app and go to Diary.
2. Click "Add Food" to any section.
3. Enter "proteins" in the search bar and hit enter if it doesn't come up. Select the "Proteins" option with a green check.
4. Add the number of grams into servings and click on the white check mark. Repeat for "Carb" & "Fats".
